SELF-ASSESSMENT: Performance Management

This self-assessment will help you clearly identify where your current of of proficiency is in the skill set that management and leadership literature refers to as "Performance Management." You can compare your skill in this crucial aspect of management and leadership against well-established benchmarks and reflect on the positive implications of using this 10-week program to take your skill to the next level. OPEN OFFICE HOURS:

Wednesdays 11 am ET

You are encouraged to attend the optional "Open Office Hours" to bring your questions, brainstorm implementation ideas, and receive individualized guidance and coaching. Feel free to attend as often as you like (no limit). One recommendation is to attend the Office Hours on the week's between your live Zoom workshops. The office hours are on zoom. You should receive a recurring appointment (calendar invite) so it should appear on your calendar. You can also click the button to the right at the designated time. (It's OK to arrive late to Office Hours if you need to.)
